Fixed an issue with refreshing the date and time in data frames generated in SLEEPMODE

Fixed an issue where the BLEINFO query caused beacon disappearance in the data frame (related to ZCONFIG3:10 functionality)

Optimized the generation of data frames based on tachograph events — after a device reset, frames are no longer generated if the status before and after the reset remains unchanged

Added protection against generating beacons in the BLEVOLTAGE frame for devices that have not yet reported battery voltage — previously this resulted in reporting a value of 0V

Introduced improvements to the CANUPDATE process

Added mode 6 to the CANUPDATE command
