Features

  • Improved test of ability to remote download files from tachograph. Status (available in logistic data frame P=0x3A) will be updated soon after connection to tachograph

Note! If you are updating the module from version "3.0.14 a", in which a change in communication with the tachograph for Scania trucks was introduced, manual adjustment of the communication method with the tachograph for Scania trucks is required using below command: $AL+CANCMD=PASSWORD,B332250005F0

The device should respond:

$QR:CANCMD=B4312500F5

Which means that the communication method was changed.


If you want to back to default communication method, you should send below command:

$AL+CANCMD=PASSWORD,B332250000F5

The device should respond:

$QR:CANCMD=B4312500F5

Which means that the communication method was changed.


How to check the current communication method that is set? Just send below command:

$AL+CANCMD=PASSWORD,B3102517

The device should respond:

$QR:CANCMD=B41225000014 - default communication method

or

$QR:CANCMD=B4122500050F - Scania communication method

  • Expanded diagnostics of communication with tachograph (includes detection of other devices communicating to tachograph)

Fixes

  • If power supply was rapidly taken off from CAN module while vehicle was driving, in very rare case a lost of entire configuration could occur. The probability of this event to happen by single power-off is estimated as 1:100000.

  • Improved stability of connection to tachograph and downloading tachograph files

  • Rapid brakings were not counted properly if time parameter was set to maximum (5 s)

  • Total engine idle time was wrongfully counting when engine was stopped by start/stop system in following cars: BMW, Ford (generations from year 2015), Nissan (generations from year 2019), Renault (generations from year 2019), Fiat Ducato (2022-), Fiat Strada (2020-), Hyundai Tucson (2020-), Kia e-Niro (2021-), Kia EV6 (2021-), Kia Sorento (2020-), Kia Sportage (2021-), Land Rover Range Rover Velar (2017-), Mercedes C W206 (2021-), Mercedes GLC X254 (2022-), Volvo S60 (2018-), Volvo S90 (2016-), Volvo V60 (2018-), Volvo XC40 (2017-), Volvo XC60 (2017-), Volvo XC90 (2015-).
